Puppies may be returned with approval from the seller within 5 days of delivery, but the base deposit will not be refunded.
Seller reserves the right to decline the return unless the return is based upon an unknown medical condition as determined by a veterinarian.
Pups must be in the same health condition as when purchsed (good health, worm free, no limps, cuts, scars or other impairments)
Reason for returns must be discussed with seller prior to return being accomodated.
Good Faith Return - Buyer has reconsidered or has lost the means to care for the puppy.
Medical Return - Buyer provides a veterinarian report documenting an ailment or other medical issue that was unknown to the buyer and seller upon sale transaction. Seller may seek a second opinion. In this case, the seller and buyer may negotiate a refund value if reports are noot concurrent.
Process for requesting a return:
Buyer must contact seller via phone or email (text and Messenger are adequate).
Seller will develop return criteria and make determination as needed.
Process of refund:
Partial refund - (less deposit) Made when pup is returned on a good faith request by buyer.
Full refund - Made when a concurrence regarding medical issues are found.
